Rules and Etiquette

A discussion and hands on presentation of the rules of golf and the importance of etiquette on the golf course. 2006 rules changes will be discussed as well as a review of the top 10 rules that are most frequently needed. (Lateral and water hazards, out of bounds, unplayable lies, casual water, etc.) You will walk away KNOWING these rules and key etiquette procedures. Handouts included.

How to play the game-scoring, strategy, course layout
Golf terminology-birdies, bogeys, handicaps, lateral hazards, honors, match play, stroke play, and much more

The golf swing-grip, alignment, stance, posture (hands on, clubs will be provided)

Plan Your Event

Pick the topic, place, what type of food, wine or catering you require. All events can be modified to fit your group. Two week notice needed to arrange. Seminars are 90 minutes. Events are held at Pica Deli unless otherwise arranged.

1. Any seminar, basic wine tasting and light snacks (olives, cheese, bread, nuts) $25 per person, minimum of 20 participants.

2. Custom--any seminar, wines or beer from region of your choice, deluxe cheese tray, various tapas of your choosing. $30 and up. Contact Julieta or Donna to arrange.

3. Just the seminar featuring Julieta Stack--$200-300 depending upon time and location.
